At Mamma-shop, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mamma-shop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
